Walhallow Cultural Cool Burn

On 1 July 2026, the Warruwi Dhuurran Rangers proudly led the Walhallow Cultural Cool Burn in partnership with the NSW Rural Fire Service, Local Land Services, Benchmark Certified, Melaleuca Environmental, and other Australian and New South Wales Government agencies. The day celebrated the importance of cultural burning, strengthening partnerships and caring for Country through the sharing of Traditional Knowledge and contemporary land management practices.
